Vocal Ensemble “Fortuna”

The women’s vocal ensemble “Fortuna” is a group of six singers who regularly delight audiences in Latvia and collaborate with various composers and performers. The ensemble creates new concert programs, performing songs of various styles, with special attention to Latvian folk songs in both authentic and contemporary arrangements. “Fortuna” has received high recognition in the vocal ensemble evaluations of the Latvian Song and Dance Festival in 2018 and 2023, and has represented Latvia at the international festival “Hansa Sail”. The members work professionally in music and culture as teachers, vocal coaches, and performing musicians, while the ensemble’s warm friendship and shared activities allow them to perform on stage as a unified group, creating emotionally rich and harmonious performances.
