1. Types of cookies and purposes of use

1. 7. Purpose and legal basis for processing cookies – Pārdaugava Cultural Association Regulations, issued in accordance with the Law on State Administration and the Law "On Municipalities", which provides for ensuring the cultural processes of the Riga City Municipality; preservation, research and popularization of cultural values ​​and cultural and historical heritage, as well as accumulation, documentation and preservation of tangible and intangible cultural values.
8. Pārdaugava Cultural Association will store cookies in the archives of the Pārdaugava Cultural Association website for 5 (five) years after their publication.
9. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases when it is required by Latvian legislation and requested by law enforcement authorities.
