Your privacy and data protection are of great importance to the website administrator. We assume that you have read this privacy policy, which requires your consent to the processing of your personal data, before providing your personal data, and have agreed to the processing of this data.
This privacy policy describes how and for what purposes the personal data that you have provided for processing are processed. Before processing personal data, the lawfulness of data processing operations is assessed, and the data of natural persons are processed on the basis of official authority and legal obligations applicable to them.
Processing of personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation*, the controller of personal data processing is the Riga City Municipality Institution "Pārdaugavas kultūras apvienība", a specific municipal structural unit or institution that determines the purposes and means of personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the municipality).
* Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Purposes of personal data processing
- customer service;
- preparation of a premises rental agreement;
- improvement of customer service;
- maintenance and improvement of websites and mobile applications;
- statistics and business analysis;
- planning and accounting;
- efficiency measurement.
Duration of personal data storage
Riga City Municipality Institution "Pārdaugavas kūtūras apvienība" stores and processes the Customer's personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
- the contract concluded with the Customer is valid;
- while one of the parties has a legal obligation to store the data (for example, according to the Accounting Law, invoices issued to a company must be stored for at least 5 years, etc.);
- while the Client's consent to data storage is valid (applies only to cases where there is no other legal basis for storing personal data (for example, in cases where the potential client's data has been obtained while implementing marketing activities)).
After none of the legal grounds for data processing exist, the Client's personal data is deleted.
Audit records are stored for at least one year from the date of their execution in accordance with the provisions of regulatory enactments. Audit records from high-security information systems are stored for at least 18 (eighteen) months.
Access to personal data and other Client rights
The Riga City Municipality Institution "Pārdaugavas kultūras apvienība" provides the Client with all information specified in regulatory enactments regarding the processing of his or her data, as well as ensures the implementation of all data subject rights specified in regulatory enactments.
The Client has the right to request the Riga City Municipal Institution "Pārdaugava Cultural Association" to access their personal data, as well as to request to supplement, correct or delete them, issue a copy of the data, object to data processing or request to restrict data processing and ensure data portability.
The Riga City Municipal Institution "Pārdaugava Cultural Association" fulfills the requests of the data subject to the extent that they do not conflict with the obligations of the Riga City Municipal Institution "Pārdaugava Cultural Association" imposed by applicable laws and regulations, or do not conflict with the terms of the agreement concluded between the Riga City Municipal Institution "Pārdaugava Cultural Association" and the Client.
The Client may submit a request for the exercise of their rights in writing in person at the office of the Riga City Municipal Institution "Pārdaugava Cultural Association", Anniņmuižas Boulevard 29, presenting an identity document.
